James McKenna
President & CEO
Jim has over 28 years of leadership and business experience in highly technical environments. He has founded two private equity funded telecom startups, and held senior management positions in leading telecommunications services firms.
Jim founded Redzone Wireless, Inc in 2005 to deliver high-speed wireless Internet services to Maine residents and businesses. The company was acquired in 2014 to become Redzone Wireless, LLC, and is now developing a new 4G LTE Advanced wireless broadband network operating on FCC licensed EBS Spectrum throughout the State of Maine.
Previous to Redzone, Jim founded Edge Connections, an integrated telecommunications service provider for small & medium business, and established the company as a leader in the delivery of voice-over-broadband, and bundled telecommunications services prior to it’s acquisition by Nuvox Communications in 2001.
Jim served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Cypress Communications, as Regional Vice President at ICG Communications, and as Senior Business Development Manager at Time Warner Telecom.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy, and he served as an officer in the US Navy (Submarines). Jim is a resident of midcoast Maine, where he lives with his family.

Andrew W. Weeks
Director Customer Operations
Andrew brings over 15 years of customer operations leadership experience in diverse areas of the financial services industry including; sales, service, consumer lending and risk management.
Prior to joining Redzone Wireless, Andrew held Senior Vice President positions at Bank of America in mid-coast Maine and Phoenix Arizona where he led multiple teams with cross functional duties and a diverse call mix within customer operations. Andrew consistently focused his team on driving performance, creating an exceptional customer experience and embracing the importance of associate satisfaction.
Andrew's teams were consistently recognized for superior performance and productivity within the organization. He believes in the importance of diversity and inclusion, and bringing your whole self to work everyday as a foundation for long term success.
Andrew currently serves on the Board of Habitat for Humanity of Waldo County, is an active supporter of the United Way Campaign and was a Senior Sponsor for diversity initiatives including Bank of America supported Employee Networks for Maine & Arizona.
Andrew is a native of Portland, and graduate of the University of Southern Maine. He currently resides in Camden Maine with his wife and two children.
