The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is an FCC program to help households struggling to pay for internet service during the pandemic.
This new benefit will connect eligible households to jobs, critical healthcare services, and virtual classrooms.
The EBB Program will begin in May12th, 2021 and provide direct financial subsidies for households that meet eligibility requirements.

Once the EBB program officially opens on May 12th, 2021 you can either fill out a paper application and mail it in or apply online. The online application will not be available until the program officially opens. Please visit https://getemergencybroadband.org/how-to-apply/ for more information on the application process.
Redzone will begin reaching out to the clients who have pre-enrolled with us once the EBB program has officially opened. Please also feel free to contact us once you have been approved for the EBB benefit application to complete signup and schedule broadband service installation at your location. We must be able to verify your approval before we can proceed with setting up your service.
Redzone will continue to communicate with you regarding program updates as the program does not have a set end date and will continue until program funds are exhausted or at some point after the pandemic emergency is declared over.
